All the trainers pay close attention to all the people present in the gym. They always encourage us when we are doing some set. What I really like about this gym is that not a single individual feels neglected, they have such a positive environment. All of them especially Gopi ma'am would check up on us and ask us how was the workout? Did it hurt? It's not the same workout we do each and every day there is something new and that feels refreshing. The workouts which they make us do has improved my strength very significantly and I am glad that I am a part of this family.

I was looking for a gym with flexible timings, affordable membership and also where I can get some basic guidance with working out, just to get started. I came across Body Basics and decided to give it a call. I sit here 2 months later with one of the best decisions I have made this year - Joining Body Basics. Not only are the timings flexible, the training and guidance are a part of the membership fees. All the trainers are so good at what they do. They have diverse work out options as well. They also have weekly Zumba and Yoga sessions. Plus, because it is an only women space - for women, owned by women, run by women - it has a certain sense of safety about it and also a constant feeling of empowerment that permeates through every trainer and through them to us. The expertise of Gopi ma'am, Nehal ma'am, and Sujata ma'am have is not to be doubted. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and are always pushing you to do better with consideration. In a short period of time, it has become a safe space for me, and a space where I feel empowered every single time I enter it. I feel grateful to have found this space not only for my physical fitness but also to have found a new and renewed sense of self-love.
