I first trained under Atitesh Sir for a year at Arjuna, a CrossFit centre--where I'd last felt truly fit and healthy. Now, getting trained by him again is honestly amazing, and my body thanks me every day! Never have I known or trained under someone who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also puts in so much effort to understand your body and mobility in such depth. His goal isn't to make you thinner--it's to make you genuinely fitter, healthier, and more mobile. In just three weeks, I already felt like I was moving toward the best version of myself. Always, always grateful for and in admiration of Atitesh Sir!

I have been working with Atitesh for 8 years, and he has really helped me stay fit and active. I have been able to keep my weight constant for all these years. Because of his training, my stamina and performance are great, which helps me play cricket better. During cricket season, I get special training to help me move better and recover faster. Even when I travel for work or go on vacation, he gives me advice on what to eat and how to exercise. He helps me keep my metabolic age lower than my real age, which is really important to me. I'm so thankful for his support and guidance! I recommend him to everyone who really wants to invest in their fitness.

Atitesh's fitness studio is a great place to workout because of Atitesh. He is a very qualified trainer and has completed different types of workouts. He takes the best of all his decade long professional experience and fits it with the personal health goals his clients have. Let me tell you my health goal. I know him since 2018. Post pandemic and a shoulder accident I came back to him after 4 years of gap with a 42 inch belly at 40 years of age. Within couple of months I reduce an inch and gain muscles on biceps, quads and shoulders. I can now also do a planks for 45 seconds on the gym ball. His nature, temperament, techniques, balance and judgment makes him more than a trainer. He will be your health coach at the price of a trainer. His focus is more on getting you fit and increasing your strength while not putting physical strain on you. One of the USP (unique selling point) of him that he doesn't talk about much is "You only pay for the day you workout". In case you cannot make it for a day you don't pay. If you have a partner, spouse or buddy you can get a heavy discount.

Atitesh's fitness studio is best place to workout. I have earlier tried many gyms and fitness studios, but none of them were as affective as this. The knowledge which Atitesh himself possess, along with his training methods are too good. I have been associated with him for last 2 years and I would rate this as the best. My stamina, endurance, posture and strength has improved significantly under guidance. Also the new studio is very well equipped.
