I appreciate Mam for their personnel training & explain us about each single exercise how it works on our body. Every Friday's meditation gives relaxation, it helps me to unwind an de-stress as I have migraine problem. Thankyou to being part of RajYog Class.

I am going to Rajyog since 4 months and I have experienced lot of changes in me I feel very light and relaxed, my upper back pain and foot pain has been resolved. Rajeshree mam has given exercises as per my health issues and feel much better now thank you Rajeshree mam.

Rajyog gym is too good. Rajyog only gym there is power yoga plus gym activities. Rajashree mam's personal attention is the main reason of join the gym. Suitable time for all age group of ladies. Rajashri ma'am is super nice and takes interest in you, no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how she gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.
