Best gym in mira bhaynder with all new equipment with cross fit....

One of the best gym i came across in mira road. Friendly staff and helpful too. Siddhant sir is amazingly motivational for his clients. This gym is well equipped and has new machines which makes your workout really fun. Hygiene is taken care of in the best way possible. The terrace area has functional training equipments. So basically there is a lot to explore!!! Would recommend to everyone :)

Gym is good , trainers don't have any uniform, Steam facility is not yet started here the music collection for workout surrounding is not at all good, they don't have any good collection of music to play for workout. Here the members play their choice of slow songs which is pathetic. The management should take the charge of playing the good pump up gym songs which boost the energy level not slow down, we come here for workout not to listen slow songs. Hope this review bring some changes so that we can enjoy our workout.

Very good gym in locality, friendly staff, good equipments. Special shoutout for Kaushal - personal trainer in the gym, he is focus, full of knowledge and will guide perfectly with grantee weight loss keeping in mind fitness, he helped me loss 15KGS in 3 months. Very happy with service provided!

Amazing place to workout at Mira road. Getting to workout in Siddhant's gym is always a great feeling. It's and well ventilated and maintained. There is a huge CrossFit area too. The entire area is spacious and that really is what you want in a gym.

My journey first started with me being extremely sceptical about personal training. I knew I wanted to join a gym however I wasn't really sure about getting a personal trainer. Mister Kaushal encouraged me to take a 2 day trial and I have to say that by the end of day one it self I had made up mind that I'm gonna sign up for personal training. There are many reasons why I chose mister kaushal as my trainer and I'd like to list a few of them below. 1) Product knowledge - In any business it's very important to know the product you're selling in and out. In the case of personal training it happens to be all the knowledge about the exercises, Different kinds of muscles, the right diet to follow and how to perform an exercise the right way. Mister kaushal has a great amount of knowledge of all the these things since he has been working out for many years now and also is getting his certification done from the very well known "K11 fitness academy" 2) Positive attitude - Mister kaushal has an extremely positive attitude towards his clients and everyone around him. He would never make you feel judged or awkward no matter what shape or size you are. His positive attitude reflects well on his work too. 3) Motivational skills - Mister kaushal happens to be a great motivator. He keeps pushing you forward to your absolute limit. Most of the times you will feel you cannot do another rep however with his motivation you realise your potential is much more than you actually think. Well these are few of the reasons why I feel mister kaushal is an excellent trainer. I believe one of the most important things in finding the right personal trainer is to have a good bond with your trainer. You can find many good trainers however it's very difficult to have a good bond and good trainer. Mister kaushal maintains an excellent relationship with each one of his clients as he believes personal training is not only about counting the reps you do but actually helping each individual achieve their goals physically and mentally as well. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Mister kaushal and I would definitely recommend him. Apart from from personal training, This gym is well equipped with almost every equipment you'd require. It is not very crowded and the owner happens to be extremely corporative. This gym is well maintained and very clean. They also have a beautiful terrace which includes a cross fit area. This gym also hosts martial arts classes in the morning. The general trainers are helpful and will definitely help you if you have any doubts unlike other gyms where the general trainers don't really care about what you do. Professionalism and mannerism is missing, I found gym personnel sleeping even after 7am, so silly. They are the spoilers. Some basic gym equipments are missing like curl bench, dipping bar etc.

One of the best gym in Mira road ...with well trained staff and the best part Siddhanth Sir available all the time for guidance.. which energise to work out nicely .. very hygenic and friendly atmosphere
