I had a 1 year membership here, and my trainer was Vishal he was a nice and experience guy, dont know why due to some reason he left the gym and now that new trainer MANISH is there he is very very rude very unexperienced he is the reason i am not renewing my membership ,i kindly request owner of the gym to replace him
Good helpful owner. I visit in the evening, so trainer is Vishal. He is very knowledgeable trainer. Graduate in Physical education. He knows exactly how to do the exercises perfectly and guides accordingly. It's advisable to take personal training from him by taking him as your personal trainer. I have been suffering from lumber and cervical problem since 2009. I am quite fit and almost free from pain now.
Recommend not to join .. very unprofessional service .. suffocating and exhausting environment.. temperature outside is much better than inside the gym ..
I would not recommend mathre gym the trainers are not experienced and have an attitude towards new guys, They only care about your money and come with different offers to different people, after you pay them then they dont care whether you come or not Worst experience ever There are better gyms in Mira road They dont follow covid-19 protocol and no one wears a mask And there is no hand sanitizer They dont ask people to wear ask at times when covid was at its peak
