Been a regular to this gym for past many months.
Pros:-
1. Good well maintained equipment:- if there's an equipment breakdown, you will find it up and running next day
2. Spacious and great ambiance. AC are always working and gym environment is fresh. They clean the rooms everyday (I go at the time when house keeping has just completed so I know).
3. Supportive trainers and staff - trainers will look out and provide feedback regarding form etc, also be a spotter if your benching alone. If you need a dedicated 1 on 1 then definitely get a PT.
4. The crowd is mostly well educated well to do people with fitness goals, so you will find most of the gymers here to rack the weights after use and not occupy a machine through their sets.
