Sir has really helped me to develop my skills in yoga as I was a beginner..Sir has not only boosted my confidence physically but also mentally ! I have started experiencing so many positive changes in my body as well as mjnd !! And we can definitely say that, this class is the best place in the city !!

Prakash sir is an excellent yoga teacher. I had gone to him with a trouble of back pain. Sir taught me asanas which have given me a lot of relief..I have been practicing yoga for many years but didn't realize how much I was doing "wrong" until I came to chaitanya Yoga class. Sir gives personal attention to everyone and as a result, my practice has changed a great deal. I am calmer and more focused... Thank you sir ..

I really enjoy Yoga sessions with Prakash Sir.He communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and an active part of it. Prakash sir is extremely talented person and he has done lots of work in the yoga field from last 7 to 8 years ....It's an amazing experience with them and lots of memories of yoga .....personally I think he is best pearson to learn yoga
