Terrible gym overall. The equipment is unsafe -- weight plates cut in half, crooked machines, and treadmills with broken incline functions. The bag management staff are rude, and the overall management is just careless. Nothing gets fixed, no accountability, and no respect for members. Clearly run with zero attention to safety or customer experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.
I've been going to this gym for a while now, and I must say it's been a great experience. The machines are top-notch, modern, well-maintained, and easy to use. Whether you're into strength training or cardio, there's something for everyone.
The staff is very cooperative and friendly. All the equipments are well maintained. If you are looking for a good gym, do consider strength up fitness first
I work out in the afternoon between 2:00 - 4:30, but the gym's A/C is never on and the fans don't work properly. When I asked my trainer to turn on the A/C, they suggested keeping the body warm, despite it already being 36 degrees outside. Unfortunately, working out in the evening isn't an option due to overcrowding. "frustrating situation" to not have proper ventilation during your workouts, especially with high temperatures outside. I'll workout for this month & find alternatives later.
