Milestone fitness center

The equipments are not in good condition, hygiene is very worst, They will will tell you the gym is fully Air conditioned but in reality the owner keeps the ac off for a long time which makes it worst during workout. The experience was very worst.

It's been a while I've joined milestone fitness gym and I'm in beginner level...The staffs/trainers here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at.I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout also they keep a track on you if they see your forms incorrect they ll always come and correct you .They train their clients really well .They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.You will not leave disappointed!..Such a family vibes I feel..and they ll also give you lessons and suggestions as well(about your health or according to your body type)...I highly recommend checking this gym Out and giving it a try .

This Gym is amazing and equipped all the machines. Trainers are well experienced and they will guide you with workout and diet plan to reach our goals. I will highly recommend to join this fitness centre to achieve your goals.

Milestone gym is very particular about their clients. They keep proper follow up on them and also look after them while working out. Trainer are certified and good with nature. Join soon

This is a good workout place. Gym is equipped with all required equipments. Trainers are helpful and guide wherever you go wrong during workouts. Proper guidance is given on each workout you do... Best fitness place.

Adequate training equipments and machines for a beginner to intermediate. I took personal training from Vinayak sir and he was great. Trainers like Raj and Vishal sir are also very helpful and if you'd like to take PT in morning,I would suggest you take it from Raj sir.
