I paid 4200 in full to GYM WAVE (Near Maxi Ground, beside PNB Bank) on 7th June 2025, for 1-month personal training and gym membership, as clearly mentioned in the receipt. Due to personal reasons, I couldn't start immediately. But when I finally went to the gym in July -- without using even a single day -- I was told that my membership had already expired. When I raised the issue, the staff simply said: "It's not our job to inform you. You should have asked about the policy." I was shocked by this unprofessional attitude. No one told me at the time of payment that the membership would automatically start from that date. What's worse is that even my personal trainer, Ketan, never contacted me or asked why I wasn't coming -- or informed me that my subscription was running. This shows a complete lack of basic customer care and responsibility. There was no communication, no reminder, and no follow-up -- just payment taken, and then full blame placed on the customer. I feel completely disappointed and cheated. 4200 was wasted without using a single day of gym or training. I do NOT recommend GYM WAVE to anyone who expects transparency, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. Please be careful before joining.

Despite its size, this gym has a big heart. The fact that it's only three months old makes it exciting to be part of their journey. The separate cardio area is a thoughtful touch, and they're clearly focused on fostering a close-knit fitness community. Looking forward to more innovative activities!

One of my best gym first time as an beginner here is my first experience in this gym. The weights are totally good and here we have quality training in machine and raw weights. First experience is good experience
