I am a mother of two young children having health issues like Thyroid, PCOS, 2 C-sections. Post my second pregnancy, I had put on a lots of weight, having regular back pain issues and trouble in doing day to day activities. So, I joined Gold's Gym in kalyan to work on my weight loss journey.I switched between 3 different trainers, but did not get results. I was about to leave gym because of not getting good coaching by the trainers assigned to me.Finally I got blessed enough to get Mr. Rinkesh Tendulkar as my personal fitness coach. Under his training I have lost 16 kgs in just 4 months. My size has reduced from XXL to L. There has been improvement in muscle strength and flexibility and stamina. He makes every session challenging but enjoyable.His believe in the quote "TrainWithSmiles"has helped me to come so far with so many challenges each day i face ,I still make it a point to go to gym for one hour.His training not only helped me in my fat reduction but also helped to regain my muscle strength. I also feel very energetic and lively now. I am sure to have a long term Training relationship with Rinkesh. Many thanks to him and keep training the same. I had the privilege of training with Kumar sir he is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive. They tailored my workouts to my goals and pushed me to achieve more than I thought possible.

As a businessman, I have regular meetings with clients and have to travel a lot. My food intake also included a lot of outside unhealthy food. Due to which I put on a lot of weight and got out of shape. I joined Gold's gym through a friend's reference. I am very lucky to get Mr. Rinkesh Tendulkar as my Personal Trainer. His training was very adaptive to my needs. Rinkesh sir keeps encouraging to keeping going further. It's been 5 months of PT with him, but he has never missed to be present for any of my sessions. He even manages to cover up any of the missed sessions. His training covers both excercise routines and CrossFit training for fat loss. Under his guidance, I have improved on my diet intake which has helped in a lot of inch loss in my body. I feel a lot fitter and energetic now. If you want a genuine and knowledgeable Personal Trainer. He is the one to go to!!!

Golds gym in Kalyan is Clean, well lit, air conditioned and with the best machines and floor space. Trainers are friendly and professional. The staff is also very supportive. And most important, i would like to say about Mr. Rinkesh Tendulkar sir. Rinkesh sir is one of the best Trainers in the gym. Keeps correcting clients exercise form and techniques during workout even though they are not his P.T clients. Being Nutrition certified Trainer, He even has very good knowledge about Nutrition, diet and supplements. He is always approachable when you ask him for help. Great to have him as a Trainer in Gold's gym.

The top-notch equipment imported from US , and there's a wide variety to suit all fitness needs.The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to assist and offer guidance. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are impeccable, which is especially important in today's world. Additionally, the gym offers a range of classes and amenities that make every workout enjoyable. Joining this gym is the best decision made me it's 4.5 km far from my house but it's worth travelling and every workout session hits so hard for real All thanks to golds gym Kalyan and team for making me feel this comfortable.
