It's been just a month I have joined here and I can see the difference in my health. I have been diagnosed with Arthritis (auto immune disease) causing severe back pain and other joint pain. I am feeling much better than earlier through regular exercise and rehab sessions. Trainers here are very knowledgeable and professional. Ajay Sir, Viraj Sir and Shubham Sir have been very helpful. They guide you throughout the sessions and take regular feedback of your health progress. Getting fit and feeling great is still a work in progress for me.
