Love this Gym . Trainers are helpful so is the staff . Ample space to do your regular workout plus stretch , separate cardio space . with the Personal trainer Mr. Pavan Chaudhari and loved every bit of it . His knowledge regarding every aspect involved is impeccable and he explains in detail about the correct forms and techniques required and why which is very rare and equally important . And they have many classes including Zumba and HIIT and others which are wonderful to say the least .

worst ever staff. horrible experience. even if you are dying, the staff will be undeterred. they have no manners. especially the female trainer/receptionist. she did measurements as if she were doing a favor. and also speaks very loudly and rudely to all other staff. all the staff needs some serious training on basic customer service etiquettes
