- Equipments (4/5) The gym has a good selection of equipment that allows for injury-free exercises, which is a plus. The equipment is generally well-maintained, and the gym has a good selection of machines and weights. - Trainers (3/5) One of the biggest disappointments is the lack of quality trainers. There are very few(2-3) good trainers(as of 2024) who seems to be actively engaged in training people here, which is a bit of a letdown. I think the gym would benefit from having more quality trainers on staff. - Service (3/5) I've noticed that even though the gym has air-conditioning, the staff tends to turn off or set the ACs to low configurations quite often. This can be frustrating, as it makes working out in the gym quite uncomfortable, and we have to ask the staff to adjust the temperature frequently. Additionally, this ABS branch doesn't seem to be maintaining the same quality of service as other cities. On the positive side, I've found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. - Price (3/5) The price is quite steep compared to other gyms in the area with similar facilities. While I do appreciate the focus on injury-free workouts, I'm not sure it's worth the extra expense. I've been going to this gym for a while now and overall, I think it's a decent place to work out. If you're looking for a gym with good equipment for injury-free exercises and don't mind paying a bit more, this gym might be worth checking out. However, if you're on a budget or looking for high-quality trainers and consistent service, you may want to consider other options in the area. Cons: ABS subscription doesn't allow you to access their gyms from others cities.
