This is one of the best gyms I've ever joined! After the management changed, the gym has improved a lot. Both GT (Group Training) and PT (Personal Training) are available here, and the trainers give proper attention to everyone. I've seen great results in myself since I started working out here. The staff is very friendly, supportive, and always keeps me motivated. Even the management is helpful and well-organized. If you're looking for a good gym with a positive vibe and serious training, this is the right place.

Do NOT join this gym. The management has recently changed, and everything has gone downhill. They've added too many unnecessary rules and charge high fees, but basic facilities like the AC are not provided. When we ask them to turn it on, they say, *"There are fewer members, so we can't turn it on."* I asked, *"What about the membership we've paid for?"* and they replied, *"If only 1-2 members are here, we won't turn on the AC."* They show clear partiality--putting all their effort into attracting **new members**, just to fill the gym. After a few months, they lose interest in existing members and start showing their real *kanjoosi*. They even turn off all the fans once the AC is on. If someone sits near a fan, they'll come and turn off that particular fan too! Support is given only to new members. Once you become a regular, they say, *"We don't offer support anymore. Take Personal Training if you want help."* This isn't a gym--it feels like a strict private school. There are three trainers, all inexperienced, each with different (and confusing) techniques. Only **one trainer is good**, and he's the **owner**, but he rarely visits as he owns several gyms. He was only present when the management changed. Also, be careful with the reviews--most of the positive ones are either fake or from beginners who don't know better. I've been training for years and I genuinely care about people who want to build a strong physique. This is NOT the place for that. Please save your money and find a better gym.
