Amazing Fitness Centre. I used to get dizzy just climbing the stairs, but after working with Sapna ma'am for a month, the dizziness has almost disappeared. The best thing I like about her is that she gives individual attention to everyone in the gym and plans the exercises based on each person's strength and goals.
A great place to workout. Area is spacious and well ventilated. Trainer is kind, helpfull, experienced and gives personal attention to everyone whether it's PT or GT. Everyday one can experience different set of exercises which may include Cardio, weight lifting, floor exercises , yoga, zumba and other exercises using different probes. A must recommended gym which is in budget and results are great
