It's an excellent place to work out in Daund. Nice infrastructure, environment and cooperative staff. Also the trainers are well knowledgeable. I am having a great experience with my trainer Rohan Sonawane. He takes care of both my fitness and diet. Also very patient. I can see good changes in myself in no time. It's worth every penny I pay.

Gym is big enough than other gyms in the locality. There are all enough equipments and weights. Other facilities such as filtered water, good sound systems, small changing room, etc. Sometimes it's bit crowdy in the evening time.
