Excellent interior design, maintained instruments. Good music, good crowd, lots of certified and professional trainer. Thank you so much all of you for your efforts will ensure that you don't slack and hit your goals within a targeted period of time.The cost is reasonable and that's not the best of it. There's more than just a gym here, there is an abundance of daily classes to choose from: Zumba, Aerobic dance,Yoga and Strength and Conditioning too. And wait that's not the best of it.Unlike most gyms where you have trainers gunning after clients for Personal Training, they'll simply help you out as you need without forcing you or even hinting at opting for PT. The staff is friendly, cooperative and professional but that's not going to stop them from having a laugh with you to build a healthy relationship.

Great place to workout. Appropriate focus by the professionals. Glass windows and scenic view helps in workout as you don't feel working out in a closed space.
