Burn and blast GYM

I joined this gym for 3 months and I was satisfied with it. Although I personally felt the subscriptions were a little overpriced, however you may bargain & they may agree. It's a new gym opened in Jan month, most of the equipment was new. There was a variety of equipment and an area for cardio & stretching. I used to go in the early morning & the gym used to be less crowded at that time (around 20-25ppl) so it's a positive for me. It's a unisex gym but no female comes in the early morning. The music used to be repetitive (maybe it's everywhere). Sometimes there r mosquitoes too especially near dumbbells area & chest press equipment. There is a PT if you need, & he gives general advice too. I have not interacted much with PT or the owner, but as per my interaction their behaviour was nice.

Best amongst ht gym I have seen and nice and co operative trainer and gym ...helps and advice for gym ,poster ,diet and helps in overall body training...and yash he is one of the best trainer there and has a nice behaviour and a helping nature

The Best gym in Cannaught Area. I switched from Health and Harmony gym because the coaches there dont even look at you. .The coach Mr Yash has indept knowledge and is the best trainer one can ask for. He is dedicated and guides you all the time very patiently. He is best for personal training. The gym is big and spacious and has lots of machines so waiting period is less as you have many options. The ventilation is superb. There is a juice bar too.. its a complete package for fitness lovers. Just join it.

I have joined Burn & Blast gym just 2 months ago and I enjoy it so much and it helps me so much if you ever do something wrong while workout. Overall I like this burn and blast gym very much

I had a very bad experience at this gym. The staff, especially counter sitting madam , she is talking with me very rudly ,worst experience about this gym .
