I had a very disappointing experience at ABS Fitness Sambhajinagar. The female receptionist at the front desk made me feel judged purely based on my clothing, which was unexpected and frankly upsetting. It's disheartening to face that kind of attitude at a place that's supposed to be welcoming and focused on fitness for all.
Everyone walks into a gym with their own journey, and no one should be made to feel uncomfortable or looked down upon. I expected better behavior and professionalism from a well-known brand like ABS. This experience has seriously made me reconsider my opinion of the gym.
I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior so it doesn't happen to others.

Extremely Disappointed - Treated Poorly Despite 10 Years of Loyalty
I never imagined I'd have to write something like this after being a loyal member of ABS Fitness, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for over 10 years. Unfortunately, a recent incident left me completely shocked and embarrassed.
I had asked about the cost of a day pass--something that should be a routine query. Instead of receiving a polite response, the female receptionist began yelling at me in front of other gym-goers, making the situation incredibly awkward and humiliating. I wasn't arguing or being unreasonable--I simply wanted information.
What's more upsetting is that as a decade-long member, I expected at least basic respect. But this is how ABS Fitness chooses to treat its long-term members? Completely unacceptable.
This experience has not only left a bad taste but also made it clear that customer service and professionalism are severely lacking at this gym.
I strongly do NOT recommend ABS Fitness to anyone. There are plenty of other gyms that value their members and treat them with the dignity they deserve.

Disappointed with ABS Fitness - Poor Management & No Guidance
As a newcomer to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, I had high expectations from the ABS Fitness brand, given its reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The management is disorganized, and there's a serious lack of proper communication or guidance for new members.
From the moment I walked in, no one took the time to explain how the gym functions, what packages were available, or even provide a basic orientation. I felt completely lost and ignored. For a fitness center that carries a well-known name, the level of service and professionalism was shockingly poor.
If you're new to the city or looking for a supportive and well-managed gym environment, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This was a big letdown.

I walked in hoping for a positive, professional environment, but was met with unnecessary judgment from the female receptionist. She made me feel uncomfortable by clearly judging me based on my clothing, which is not something I ever expected from a reputed brand like ABS Fitness.
A fitness center should promote inclusivity and support for everyone, regardless of how they look or what they wear. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was quite negative. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their front-desk staff to treat all visitors with respect and without bias.
I truly expected better from ABS.

Worst gym experience i have had in my life. I've been going to gym for almost two years now and this was the worst management i have experienced. Everything was unorganised and even after paying the trainers they were focused on female clients. All in all dont go here
