Hello, Central Fitness Unisex Gym is one of the Best Gym as per my experience. I am member of this incredible Gym.I shed up to 14 kg within 6 months under the best training and diet design by my Coach Mr.ALI sir and this is outstanding result for me. Mr. ALI sir is well trained, CERTIFIED, Best ,Dedicated Coach of the world and very respected Human being. All Staff is very Cooperative and nice. All instruments are advanced. Very safe for ladies members. Equipped with all facilities like....seperate changing room, Lockers ,washroometc. I am 100% satisfied and my journey is still going on. Thank you

The location and the vibe is really perfect for workouts at anytime of the day. The trainer and all are really well experienced and have really proved themselves over a year or so I've been here. It's got all the equipment anyone needs and is well maintained. This is probably the best gym I've ever went to over the years.

Great gym with excellent communication from the owner and friendly, supportive trainers. The space is spacious enough for floor exercises, and they have a variety of equipment for all types of workouts.
