Best gym in town ,never seen a doctor working so hard for patients to achieve their desired fitness goals , friendly atmosphere well trained trainersmy type two diabetes got completely reversed by exercise and diet suggested by Dr falke.highly recommended fitness centre in town.

Joined home gym package in nov 2022, with complete guidance from Dr Falke. Got all instruments that fitted so well in one small corner of my home, was very scared to go to any gym but with encouragement & help from Hope Fitness, daily use to get workout videos, with detailed guidelines, which helped me even at my mid 30s i did all workout with no injury. My initial weight was 106 with under guidelines from Dr Falke came to 95. Post that joined the home gym in 3 months got to 80 and since then doing intermittent fasting under Dr Falke came to 77.5 I had seriously no faith that i would ever be able to reduce this much weight. And I was on high dose of insulin and many other complications. Getting sorted one by one. There is so much to mention but can only say All praise to God. Excellent place for one who wants to be fit. Gym offers personal attention to each and every client. There is no p.t charges and trainers trained each client as a personal training member. Machines are well equipped, trainers are professional certified trainers with a good years of expirence. The owner of fitness center is a doctor who personally pays attention and programs the diet and workout plans for each special population clients. I have faced many faces who have succesfully made themself free from diabetic tablets. Apart from these there is also enough space for parking too which is hardly found in bhiwandi area. Highly recommended by me and special thankx to doctor and trainers such as rehan sir, rameez rais sir, diba mam and trupti mam thank you once again guys.

Concept of maintaining good physic with weight training under a Dr is a unique experience. Dr Falke's knowledge of health and fitness is vast. Trainers are highly trained, Rameez Rais sir is very skillful & share proper info. Personal training is free included in gym fee. Highly recommended fitness centre.

HOPE fitness centre is the best gym in the city. I myself is going there since one month and this place is just amazing. Their staff is well trained and very cooperative. They have special ladies hours, I'm getting trained under Diba Naaz, she's veryskilful and patient. This gym offers ample of training options weight training, yoga, HIIT exercises, etc. And above all you get guidance of doctor and absolutely no extra fees of p.t. recommended

Here I started my journey of my healthy lifestyle with Dr.Rameez Falke and my fitness journey under the guidence of the best and experienced trainers in d town (Mr.Anas Khan) and ( Mr.Rameez Rais). Both are specialized in their particular area. After joining this gym I can feel that I am in completely safe hands.. I highly recommend this gym to all for Healthy and Fit Life ahead..

Best gym option in the city. Best amenities, equipments and trainers. They provide gym facilities under the guidance of doctor and this is the best perk for anyone who wants to go for bodybuilding. I'm a fitness freak and can totally tell this is one of the best gym. Also they take no fees for p.t.. I'm getting trained under Rehan Dhokle and he is extremely talented and skilful. Highly recommended.
