Perfect gym for weightloss, strength training and many more. Hygiene maintained very well. Comfortable atmosphere. Personal trainer Jyoti madam and Varshada madam are bestest in their field. They give varieties of workout according to your body type. I loss 12 kg in just 90 days. Both are experienced and knowledgeable. General trainer Akansha madam also trained you when you need help. Helpful, cooperative and soft spoken staff. I really like this powerup women gym. Most recommend in badlapur and nearby area for women.
