I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional -- they yell at members for no real reason and completely ruin the workout experience. The place itself is very poorly maintained; it smells bad, feels dirty, and even the AC was turned off when I visited. The receptionist was arrogant and had no basic communication skills, which makes it clear they don't care about welcoming new members. On top of that, the equipment is outdated and in bad condition, with worn-out cushioning and no signs of proper upkeep. To make things worse, if you are on their so-called "weight gain plan," you are not even allowed to use basic cardio machines like treadmills or ellipticals, which is ridiculous. This gym used to have a good name, but it has completely lost its quality. There are far better gyms in the area with cleaner facilities, newer equipment, and much more respectful staff.

Employees are very rude and they will ruin your mood of workout. They will yell for silly things and you won't be able to workout. The place stinks as well. Better join any other gym.

This gym has lost it's quality. Just visited recently, it is poorly maintained now. It was really smelly and dirty. also the AC was turned off when i visited. moreover the person at reception at the time didn't know how to communicate properly, he was really rude and arrogant, it seems they don't want/care about having new members , being an older gyms in the area it may be so. I will recommend another gym over this easily, the equipments are much older by todays standard , you can see this by worn-out cusionings on them.

The place is clean but few equipments seems to be over used and needs repair. Specially foams of the machines. Also, not all body part can be trained effectively as this place lack those machines. However, one can enjoy their time if their goal is just limited to general fitness.

Too over crowded gym. People visiting are quiet rude and arrogant. Even the front desk guy and some trainers are not at all helpful. The gym has good facilities and is one of the oldest in Ambernath, situated near the station. They need to increase the space and improve service and amenities further.

Gym is good, enough equipments for beginners, decent crowd, reasonable fees, fair music system and centralised AC. The only thing which really bothers all the time is special ladies time from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, this is not unisex gym but rather ladies oriented gym as they get PT and hence the good scope of earning, if this could be taken care of definitely a must recommended gym.

The worst place to workout. Most unprofessional staff, half of the machines do not work properly, small space with lots of noisy and extremely arrogant crowd. Unfortunately this is the only gym near to the station and most people are forced to come here. The owners need to train their trainers in talking politely to customers and also maintain some discipline in the gym. Someone please start a better gym in Ambernath.

I have been to dalal since Jan 2021. I weighed 85 Kg then. Thanks to Sagar Sir, I lost 20 kg in 9 months. I believe more in cardio and weight training exercises. Dalal fitness centre has good cardio machines and weight training devices. Most importantly an individual hard work and patience is required a lot to be focused for weight loss. My trainer Sagar has guided me a lot since last two and half years. Because of his valuable guidance and proper diet plan and my immense hard work has made me fit and look better. They also have sauna and massage facility at their center.
