It's been almost a year I am connected with Alpha Fitness Legion. I found it super amazing. The training I get here is just fantastic. I have not only gained strength, transformed myself but also have gained alot of self confidence. I have learned very new things, I was hesitant to try new skills at the start but the way he encourages and guides us you would never miss to just give it a try. The learning that I had here-- it's not about gaining/loosing the weight but it's about the proper balance you have in your body. I have done sessions both in offline and online mode i found the same amount of energy in both the modes. As aditya always says I would like to repeat it here "you either gain it or loose it" So keep exercising and stay healthy stay fit. Alpha Fitness Legion is just an amazing i would recommend everyone to just give it a try.
