I have had an overall excellent experience in gym class this past semester. Over the past few months, I feel I have achieved a lot and achieved personal goals through time and perseverance. I feel I have improved dramatically in multiple aspects of my personal fitness and overall health. I really enjoyed the fitness days that, not only helped me stay physically active, but also cope with stress from other classes. Personally, I think that I have improved quite a lot this past semester and learned important life skills. This class was a great chance to get to meet new people and make new friendships. It was a great experience getting to meet new and interesting people through team sports and group activities. I had the chance to step out of my comfort zone and to talk and make new friendships with my peers. I have made many new and unlikely friendships with people I may have never gotten the chance to know. Looking back on the first few weeks of school
