I have joined before 6 months and have seen lot of improvement in my body, in my mind and soul. He gives personal attention to everyone. Ambience of the class is very pleasant and energetic .There are lot of positive changes, in my posture, energy and my mindset . I lost in inches but gained muscle strength.
