In a few months, I have started recognizing my own strengths. Scene I was a gym freak. I was used to weight training, but when I tried calisthenics for the first time, I started knowing my real strength, in which I was completely lifting, pulling, and pushing my own bodyweight. I love it. With the guidance of our trainer, Mr. Amey Sathe, I learned new skills. I think it's a completely awesome journey to take your strength to its peak position.

I was dealing with a lot of mental and emotional issues when I chose to come here and with Amey sir's and his team's guidance I am now on a path of regaining my strength, found new friendships and workout goals.
