Shree Thank you so much Mrs. Yashashree Patil Through yoga, you demonstrated to us the beauty of life. We realised via this yoga session that yoga is more than simply physical activity; it is a trip into the body's innermost regions. Physical and mental health are equally vital, and this yoga session has greatly improved ours. Although I have attended several yoga classes, this one is entirely unique. Ria Yoga Studio is a wonderful package with lots of blessings. Honestly, everyone should must join this class. Life has a significant impact and I'm very grateful to join this Yoga class. Thank you!

For the people who want to understand and learn the truest meaning of Yoga and heal themselves not only in a physical manner but the spiritual way should definitely join the classes. There are basic asanas to advance asanas being taught gradually and proper care and individual attention is given to ensure that they are performed properly by all attendees. 'Yaashashri Patil' Didi who is our mentor, guide, teacher ensures the wellbeing and spiritual upheaval of all the participants happen. By attending the sessions regularly I was able to get physically charged up and active, but also developed a wide sense of perspective about mother nature, family and professional relations. I have a lot to learn and I will keep continue to do so by regularly attending these sessions to become a transformed individual. I will again highly recommend these Yoga class sessions to all who are in need of proper direction to their physical, mental and spiritual healing. Thank you so much.

The hour I spent doing yoga is the best hour. I got everything I needed , a bit work out , stretching and spiritual awakening. It truly is both body and mind yoga and projects really good energy. I would definitely recommend it.

I have life changing experience with RYS. It has been a 6 months only that I have join the Ria Yoga Studio and my all vitals are improved and also my sugar problem has been solved. My medicines are completely stopped because of daily yoga sessions and diet suggested by Yaashshri Mam. HEARTFELT THANKS
