Hello everyone I am Antim and my wife Pratibha we are both yoga teachers, I am (MSC in yoga) and Pratibha (MA in Yoga) and also Prenatal and Postnatal, Garbh sanskar teacher we are taking group and personal classes since 5 years in Khargone we are taking group classes in drp morning 6 to 7 and Ganganagar 7 to 8 we have already teached so many doctors and officers and builders. Doctors like JC Paliwal, Chinmay Bhalke, Raksha Mujalde, Hitesh mujalde. Officers like TNC officer , Additional Commissioner and builders like Kamlesh Bhandari faimily, Harish Jain faimily, Ashok bhaga ji. We are truly want that everyone every common men should learn Yoga meditation and right way of breathing (Pranayama) it will help them to overcome thire stress
