We get to learn a lot of new things, new skills. The coaches out there are so hardworking, they keep a check on each individual in VT, and that is the best part about this place.

It was a delight to be a part of VT. You not experience physical training in the form of range of exercises but a lot of fun in the form of games every Saturday. All the coaches are top notch because of the personal attention they give to each member of the gym. Join VT for real transformation. :)

VT has quite apt setup for cross training and high intensity workout. Anurag (Trainer) has very good knowledge. Which is not just limited to knowing exercises/workout but he carries good knowledge of overall fitness including diet, mental fitness and designing workout structure. All of which is essential for transformation. By keeping limit to batch size, VT is able to give sufficient time to each member. I must say good selection of music tracks. It's like there is a perfect track for each kind of workout and creates positive vibe. Something which can push you for that last set. Happy to see we have this level of setup and trainer in Katni. Only area of improvement I see is more strict approach with respect to time of members to keep up the momentum for everyone and timing of the batch.

It serves you quality over quantity.Every day workout has its own uniqueness and that doesnt allows us to get bored.The trainer here is amazing and has immense focus on the form,posture and capabilities of each and every individual.The best part of every day is meditation practice which is very helpful.
