My experience is awesome @ this wellness gym indore.. i've been to many gyms before but the accurate knowledge of workout & nutrition is very important I started to lose fat and to tone up my body at start, fellow members are also very nice & humble at this gym + female coach specially REEMA CHOUHAN MAM, her workout patterns and always positive attitude let everybody motivated. Worst gym of indore I have joined this gym 2 months ago but the female trainer vanshika is not good she is always busy doing her own workout.taking to her colleague she doesn't even come and tell the right posture how to do it. as a female trainer you should be attentive for females that they are doing the workout right or wrong . You should tell correct postures or give them monthly plans but she is always busy in doing own workout or talking here and there . Do not fall in trap the 1 week she will be very attentive for you and then after one week she didn't even see you . worst gym In indore do not join it atleast for females please if you want the gym to succeed change your female trainer or hire more female trainer please don't join don't waste your money

The gym is excellent.. all staff is well behaved and good people, members and the gentry is awesome, fruitful and safe atmosphere specially for females.

I have already joined that gym. I can say that .the atmosphere of gym is really good AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! I really like the nature of female trainer( vashika Rajput mam ) by her guidance I acquired lot of improvements .
