Absolutely Horrible Experience with Trainer and Manager I joined this gym with high hopes, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. My experience with both the trainer and the gym manager was nothing short of awful. First, let's talk about the evening batch trainer. Not only was she unprofessional, but she was also completely disinterested in my fitness goals. During our sessions, she was often distracted, more interested in her phone or designing mehendi to other clients than providing proper guidance. It's clear she has no passion for her job or respect for her clients. Her work is only in gym registered name or time for client in notebook only not moreover than that. Now, the gym manager. He is a very irritating personality to me. He always distracts me when I focus on my exercise. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager was dismissive and rude. He didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. he flat-out refused and accused me of being difficult. The facilities themselves are poorly maintained. The equipment is outdated and often broken, the locker rooms are filthy, and there's a constant smell of sweat and mildew throughout the gym. It's clear that the management is more interested in taking your money than providing a quality fitness experience. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic hygiene is appalling. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually care about their members.

The level of the upgrade done to machines is really impressive. Coaches are really approachable for the proper guidance. Categorization of cardio, women section, free weights and modern machines to different areas is good and handy. Put up of modern music with video for an upbeat mood, in all areas is a plus. Besides, this gym has good ventilation as well. With customized and individualized goal-based exercise and diet plans developed, I believe this gym is seen as one of the best ones available in Gwalior.

Atmosphere was amazing... I dont like crowd... So it's the best place for less people and all machines are available and trainer are so friendly...
