Anytime Fitness

The gym management is so poor and rude. I would request anytime fitness global firm to please look into the below matter. Also Talwalkars is much better i would say in terms of management, cleanliness, equipments, staff. I really regret joining anytime fitness gwalior. I had purchased anytime fitness membership on 7th october for a month paying them 5000rupees for it. Today on 19th october my friend accompanied me with a free one day pass which anytime offers. We had an email stating the branch address and a statement mentioning no obligation access to gym. Firstly the manager was so rude to talk he mentioned that the gwalior branch has no policy for day pass (they made their own rule). I asked the manager of anytime fitness (if required i will mention the name) to please provide me the email stating that they have no one day pass policy and then i am ready to pay the one day fees. He denied doing that stating my friend will have to pay Rs 500. Now comes the truly pathetic part, i purchased the membership on 7th October he mentioned that his system isn't showing any record in my name and he started denying access to me as well. Funny part is i had the access key with me and the invoice too, even after mentioning that he was like the system isn't updated. What kind of customer experience is this, truly below anytime fitness global standards. I am going to raise with this anytime fitness global team, and also going to tweet about it. I am attaching the one day pass details which my friend had, along with my membership invoice.

Nice gym with good atmosphere but always repeated same song everyday

Literally serving 24*7 I have been here at 2AM , 3:30AM ........ theres always a trainer with a smile usually Deep Bhaiya to help me out ....

At night the trainer Mr, Deep Singh is very supportive and enthusiastic to train and guide, liked his gesture of helping anytime. Al thought the best gym in Gwalior with the best management I have experienced so far.

I bet there is no better gym in the city. It's commendable how they are maintaining the AF standards. The staff is very professional, polite and helpful. The trainers are well qualified and efficient. It is an amazing experience being at AF Gwalior, as the gym is well equipped and spacious. The housekeeping staff is the sweetest! Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so smooth. I was intially skeptical as i was visiting as a guest (home branch is in different city), however the entire experience has been wonderful. Special thanks to Shashank Shrivastava (trainer), to help me with my workout plans.
