Oxygen Gym

This gym was amazing, bit pricey for a single visit but it has a sweet air con, plenty of weight and hell even has a climbing rope and kettle bells plus the cardio machines. All equipment is new. it's clean and the staff friendly. Never busy and honestly I Wish gyms inBest gym on the island with ought a shadow of a doubt ... incredible machines all imported from theElite was nearby and so glad I found it. It's sandwiched between a McDonalds and Burger King so if you can resist the temptation of the junk food then you are in for a surprise. Huge range of workout equipment. Full functional room. Plenty of treadmills and bikes in a separate air conditioned area. Loads of free weights going all the way up to the heavier weights for the serious body builders. They also have classes. 400bhat for a day pass. There is a cheaper gym nearby but it's worth paying more if you are serious about working out. Also they have a protein shake bar. I couldn't be bothered to bring my shaker and powders so got my protein hit as well.This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, good change rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff were great and let us transfer our 1 week membership after we ended up at a different gymWell spacious room, good food, fast room service, cleaning is very good, bad and linen is clean.

One of the best Gym in Guna town, this gym becoming the highlight of Guna. Having the Heaviest of 45 Kgs of Dumbbells,good equipments,very friendly environment and good supportive trainers for both male and female. What I love about this gym is 1. There is dedicated space for Crossfit training and Legs workout, on its 1st floor. 2. There is dedicated area for Boxing, Calisthenics and weight training especially on it 2nd Floor. 3.Attractive visuals on walls for motivation and also for photography enthusiast people. 4. As mentioned above, the trainers are very supporting and gives proper guidance and attention to everyone, even though u haven't opted for personal training, that's the best thing. There is also personal trainer's option available in additional cost . 5. Previously there were only 3 trainers when the gym was newly opened, Gaurav Jha, Akash and safique, now the trainers increased, there are also female trainers. Negatives : 1.Fees is too high, they increased the fees which can't be afforable by everyone, there should be some student friendly discount and seasonal discounts options. Overall Good experience Loved working out here always.

Its a great place. Trainers are very helpful, all training machines are available. And the place has great aesthetics too!!!!
