Sheetal is hardworking and dedicated yoga teacher. It's been a wonderful experience to learn yoga from her. Even though it's a virtual class. She makes an effort to direct and guide each one in class. Really appreciate your hardwork and i highly recommend breathe women fitness centre.

I've been taking yoga class of sheetal ma'am for a while and I can observe noticable differences in my body. The perfect combo of meditation, stretch and workout. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional yoga instructor with amazing energy. She is very attentive and will adapt her exercises depending on your level and need, also tailor individual diet plan to achieve individual goals throughout each class. She always share food recipes that are healthy for your body. The studio has perfect enviornment and is on the main road that makes it easy to reach. Definately recommend reaching out and setting up a session!!

BWFC has been amazing for me. Sheetal mam (trainer) is exceptional. I take online classes although I never felt any different from in person classes. Trainer focuses on each individual. I definitely saw changes within one month of working out (increased energy, endurance, flexibility) Everyday is a new training hence never boring and I actually look forward to joining the classes everyday. Also, all age groups are welcomed and mam helps push you in right way.
