I've been coming to this gym for a while now, and the experience has been really great. The gym itself is super comfortable and welcoming, which makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts. Training with Abbas sir is honestly the best part - he makes workouts fun and motivating, and his guidance is always clear and helpful. He focuses on building strength step by step and makes sure you do each exercise with proper form. I've noticed real progress, and every session feels productive yet enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym and Abbas sir to anyone who wants results in a positive environment!

The gym is very decent. They have enough equipments for all the muscle groups and the best part is the trainer right now he is Abbas Ahmed Abbas who gives excellent training. He is along with us all the time motivating us for working out. This gym is highly recommended.

One of the best gym in the the town. They focus on fat_loss instead of weight_loss with a good diet. The environment here is very good and the trainers are very understanding. I got the training from #Faiza_ma'am and #Abbas_sir. Both are quite good and supportive. The diet plan which Farheen ma'am gave to me was also very helpful in maintaining good health.
