Today i am associated with vishal fitness for one year. I have done personal training as well as general training here and member trainer facility is also available here. Vishal Fitness also offers many other facilities like Zumba aerobics, weekly abs training with expert, aerobics, badminton,yoga,weight training, therapy sessions and many more. My thoughts on morning trainers:- Actually i go to gym in the morning so if i talk about morning trainers,they are well trained and well mannered. All the trainers try their best to satisfy their members and create a good environment as far as possible. In my point of view i like jayant sir, sahil sir and Ali sir,These people support their member as much as possible. In one word, people try their best Environment:- Feels natural no suffocation as this gym is surrounded by an open environment as well as good space. My words are about Vishal fitness present in J K Road.

Everything is good nd well maintained staff is good but the crowd is heavy so yeah this creates prblm
