The best thing about this gym is their environment and free space to do your workout. So good at their professionalism and that's what is the best quality about the gym. They have all sort of equipments and their treadmill which tracks. Your heart rate is the best feature they have in their treadmill good thing about the floor trainers they keep asking and correcting you. Been a one month and I am a kind of person who is not regular for workout six days a week and after joining their one month membership I didn't miss one single day of my workout and I have also started seeing the results in strength training plus the muscles sharpness.
