I have been conducting classes from Yog Griha Ladakh from last two months.Its been a wonderful learning experience with yoga instructor Tsetan.
Best thing about her classes is she not only demonstrates but helps you in correcting your poses which in turn corrects one's body posture.If I compare my first session with my present day session,i could see remarkable improvement in self. She is the best yoga trainer in Leh and as a person she is quite calm and composed.

I am practicing Yoga at Yog Griha Ladakh taught and guided by Mr. Deep for a month by now.I highly recommend the Yoga Griha Ladakh .There is Lady Yoga instructor at this place too.Practising yoga under able and experienced Yoga instructor imparts a detrimental effects of Yoga practice on body and mind. The place is well equipped with varied yoga props and its improving.The ambience and space at the place is also very good and fee reasonable.
