As a rule, women are overweight, esp by the time they cross forty... Then come all the obesity linked diseases... Diabetes, Hypertension, even Cancer... All caused by our sluggish life style. Kreeda fitness makes Fitness and work outs enjoyable.. You can do it online from your home, too... If you find it difficult to reach there. Offline experience is wonderful with its head.. PS Mini...
