This yoga class has reduced my stress and helped me to relax. A very patient and good *instructor*, she knows how to balance the class so it's neither too easy nor too difficult. This class is very good, a good workout and also very relaxing , by this way My balance and strength have improved. Never knew that online classes will be this much interesting and engaging .

I take up classes with yoga sammruddhi in august 2024. I was going through a low period both physically and mentally those times. I started regular yoga class in yoga sammruddhi with veena and known about their extensive programs. I did shadow integration program with them and it totally changed my outlook about life and healed many hidden traumas with in me . I am really happy and content with their yoga classes and still continuing the regular classes. Highly recommend

I learned yoga from yoga sammruddhi for last two weeks. I attended the 'Naritva awakening' program with them and I find my stress levels go down and my body is feeling stronger and flexible and overall I am really energetic . I recently attended a week-long retreat at the Yoga Sammruddhi,Varkala and it was truly life-changing!!! Nestled near the stunning cliffs of Varkala, the serene home-like surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and introspection into myself. My Instructor, Veena was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, catering to all levels of experience. Each session was thoughtfully planned, combining traditional practices with modern techniques for a newbie into Yoga like myself. I especially loved their occassional sunset classes on the beach--such a magical way to end the day and my session with them. It was a real cherry on the top. Thanks a ton Veena for that!!!! The center also emphasizes holistic well-being, offering workshops and training courses - both long and short term, on yoga, yoga nidra,meditation and Ayurvedic wellness. The community vibe was warm and welcoming, making it easy to connect with fellow yogis. If you're looking for a place to deepen your practice or simply unwind, I highly recommend the "Yoga Sammruddhi". I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired. I can't wait to return !!!!

I used to have high LDL cholesterol, and that's how I come across yoga sammruddhi under a friends recommendation. It's been just over 4 months and already my blood stats are all under normal range. All the teachers are well learned and good with the class. After first month due to my work schedule I have to convert the classes to online. But that too was really working and the teachers really help you to understand each poses even in online and be patient with you while you're struggling. In my opinion they are providing the best online classes now a days and I surely recommend them.

The teacher and Teaching classes are very good .with in 3 months I have a very good result . I highly recommended this yoga center.
