Finally a gym only for the ladies! All the machines look brand new and in perfect condition. There are 3 indoor zones and 2 zones outdoors (if you prefer fresh air:). Every zone has ceiling fans. Enough space and not crowded. Definitely recommend:)
One of the best ladies gyms in Varkala, situated in a calm area near Punnamood Railway Gate having branded equipment and convenient timings. The trainer is friendly and strict when in trainer mode. Includes cardio sessions followed by strength training. Two-wheeler parking available. The fee is reasonable. I strongly recommend this comfortable and tidy gym for ladies.
The gym has enough space and machines, but the trainer has a bad attitude and doesn't know how to behave, doesn't have basic knowledge, doesn't instruct machine training properly, doesn't allow you to take enough rest after completing a set of exercises, and only has the appearance of a strict trainer.
