My friend and I had the privilege to be guided by Pradeep in what was truly a wonderful and energizing yoga class during our visit to Varkala. He even sent me the mantras used during our practise with the meaning translated. What a beautiful person and I would highly recommend his class.
Two of my friends and I took a class with Pradeep sir and were extremely happy with our experience.
Everything about the class - from the consistent instruction to the chanting left us feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed.
We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good workout and meditation guidance. And yoga with an Ocean view is always a plus.
Went to two classes in two days with Pradhi Pradeep Spiritual Yoga Varkala during my last couple of days in Varkala. I came to class in a funk, due to some happenings at the Ayurveda Hospital I was at for my 21-day panchakarma.
Spoke with Pradeep prior to class: he gave clear instructions on how to get to class. He was a great communicator through WhatsApp on the timing and description of his class.
I wanted to be outside, as I had spent much of my 21-days in Kerala inside treatment rooms. His yoga class overlooks the ocean, with beautiful palm trees, crows, bats and eagles soaring above. The open air concept makes for nature loving serenity.
His teaching style is clear. He blends various asanas, breathing techniques and mantras to provide the ultimate relaxation. He does the entire class with you and is patient when someone spaces out....watching the birds.
I really enjoyed the two classes attended. Both classes helped my mood and body. I felt stronger and more calm. See you again, Pradeep! Namaskaram
Super nice class, really enjoyed going there and highly recommend!! The class is 90min long combining Hatha yoga with meditation and chanting practices. Pradeep has a lot of knowledge, shares very calming energy, and clearly guides you through the practice. Appropriate for all levels and alsoo really nice space on on a rooftop looking at the ocean
The practice together with Pradeep go beyond physical movement, it helps you connect with your breath, your body, and your inner self. Each session felt so peaceful and healing, filled with gentle guidance and positive energy. I always left feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. I'm deeply grateful.
I had an amazing yoga class with Pradhi. I participated in a sunset class which was perfect. The sunset was beautiful and the breeze was perfect during class. The 90minute session went by so quickly. I felt so relaxed and calm after the class. It's also a very affordable class! Would do again!
We really enjoyed the morning drop-in class. It was a unique experience, also suitable for beginners. Pradeep is a very kind person and inspired us to practice yoga.
Hari ommorning hatha with Pradhi was great. He is a very skilled yoga teacher. You can see in his eyes that he has a sweet heart. We enjoyed a mindful asana practice, a deep meditation with mantra that prepared us for the nicest savasana ever! Thank you pradhi Ji, namaste
