At Kind, we offer daily yoga classes. The atmosphere is open, relaxed, and intentional. We care about presence, honesty, and creating something real -- not perfect.
Though we may look a little far from the cliff on the map, it's just a 15-minute walk--and that gentle distance brings you into a quieter, more peaceful side of Varkala. Surrounded by palm trees and the rhythm of local life, Kind sits in the calm, where the buzz of the seaside fades and the breeze moves through the palms.

Words can't describe how wonderful this place truly is; it is something that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Kerala to experience it for yourself. The sound healing session was profound, and absolutely one of the best experiences I've had in India, so far.
