Varieties of floor work outs tht won't make you bored, a relaxing yoga day in the beginning of the week, well working equipments and more than everything an amazing and a too friendly trainer.. It is one of the good ladies fitness centre in varkala. Our trainer is very friendly and give us many tips and instructions. There are Many facilities provided by our trainer to us. She very supportive, and it is very nice organisation for ladies to make their body fit. I recommend this fitness centre to all ladies. It is the best opportunity to make yourself confident and make your body healthy.I am going to this fitness centre for last 2months and I experienced a lot of changes in my body. And I become more confident.

The trainer Jwala mam is really nice and cares for the client very well. All the clients and trainer are very friendly. The environment is clean with good workout equipments. Here we do yoga, aerobics, dance, floor workouts, and machine workouts. Better result is ensured in this center.
