Worst gym ever. Honestly saying the gym had a very toxic environment. There was a lot of partiality by the trainers. They neglected newcomers and personal training was a shitshow. Never going back to this place ever again. There are not even enough equipments there. They post all these reels on instagram to attract customers but in reality it's nothing like that. Would not recommend. I had a really bad experience here. They have no interest in helping us out. They just want us for the money. If I could give them 0 star then I would.
Zero Fitness is honestly one of the best decisions I've made! The instructors are super helpful and always there to guide you--they really know how to keep you motivated and make working out something you actually look forward to. The vibe here is so positive, it makes you want to come back every day. The gym has all the equipment you could need, and it's always clean and well-maintained. Totally recommend checking it out if you're looking for a place that pushes you to your best!
As a former gym rat turned serial "fitness journey day 1" extraordinaire I'm sure all my 50 Instagram followers and my mother are sick and tired of my insistence that whatever trend I am trying out that month will be what makes me summer ready.
But then as a last ditch effort I joined zerofit! And after six consecutive weeks of showing up willingly after four years of not being able to find a workout regimen or gym that makes me excited to be consistent, I have to say Zero is the place to be.
I moved from waking up at noon, showing up to the evening gym sessions and rotting in bed all day to moving to the morning batch, eating right and truly excited to show up again the next day. And it's safe to say it's not my inherent sense of discipline that got me there.
The coaches at Zerofit, every single one of them, have put so much effort and thought into the workout regimens that they offer. This keeps someone like me interested and excited to show up and do something different everyday at the gym. They make working out fun, they focus on strength and fitness rather than the number on the scale. Ultimately they have changed my entire mindset on fitness. I have stopped viewing working out as something I HAVE to do to something I genuinely enjoy.
And after just six weeks, I can climb up a flight of stairs without running out of breath.
Run (don't walk) to Zero.
If you plan to start your fitness journey then Zero Fitness is the right place. I have been to several gyms but the most important thing that let's u wander back here is the trainers. I have never seen such dedicated, professional and hardworking trainers. They are the pillars of Zero Fit. Travelling for almost half an hour just to reach the gym shows the amount of liking I have for this place and its the same with each and every trainee coming here.
Joining zerofit is hands down the best decision I've taken for myself!!
It's NOT your regular gym with the same boring routine every day. The workouts are based not only on weight training but cross training also, and they switch things up daily--so you actually look forward to showing up, i swear.
The group sessions are a GAMEEE CHANGERR. You end up making friends, cheering each other on, and laughing through the sweat. The coaches? Super chill, super educated, always there to guide you, and they somehow manage to keep things light and fun even during tough workouts.
We also have little in-house challenges and weekender-events that really amp up the energy. It's more like a fitness tribe than a gym, honestly!!!!
If you want to stay fit, stay motivated, and not dread your workouts-- THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD START!
Thought I was over the hill but the bunch at Zero Fitness have got me scaling new hills every day for over 16 months now.
The coaches (all of them) have angelic smiles but steel teeth - wonderfully encouraging but no quarter given when it comes to pushing you beyond your limits and then some.

I'm someone who doesn't enjoy monotonous gym workouts, which is why I joined group training at Zerofit. They design different workout routines every week, and each session is led by a coach who specializes in that particular style. We can also choose different time slots through their app, making it super convenient. One of the best parts is that the gym has weekender planned sessions like hiking, beach volleyball, beach workouts, and more. Plus, it's open almost every day, and they even allow you to freeze your membership if you need to take a break for a week or so.
I first came to know about Zero from a colleague of mine when I was in search of an "atypical" fitness centre which focuses more on functional fitness. Thanks to him I found a place which was exactly as I pictured. This was March 2023. I made an Insta enquiry and received an instant reply. But owing to certain personal issues, I couldn't enrol then and there. Also, being a person with a "withdrawn personality", the concept of group training "appalled" me. Then fast forward 19 months to Oct 2024. I came to know that a few of my colleagues have already joined there and I used to get feedbacks from them. Yet again I had to go through a lot of "self talks" and introspection to convince myself for this kind of a group training. Then finally on Nov 25, 2024, the day Zero reopened post renovation, I pushed myself and got there for the 6am batch. It was a trial class and it was super intense. I was able to fare well for a beginner, and I took my decision to join Zero officially.
The variety of sessions they offer truly made me fall in love with the place. To add to that, the attitude and passion of all trainers made Zero a second home to me. Around the same time, Zero launched their app for booking sessions. App is super user-friendly and makes it convenient for clients to book sessions which suit their liking. It also enables us to book sessions as per our convenient timing, be it morning or evening. The way they are scheduling their workouts now is in such a way that even if we miss out one session, say Monday morning 6am, we can do the same workout session on a different day of the week at a convenient time.
I commented about being apprehensive about group sessions above. Coming to that, Zero proved to me that my notion was wrong. 6 months later, I feel energised to see more people in a Tribe session. The less the merrier to The more the merrier. Before enrolling in Zero, I used to do moderate to high intensity body weight workouts at home. But I realised that it was nothing compared to what was in store at Zero. Only thing I regret is I should have joined earlier. On the other hand, Zero made me realise what "pushing the limits" is. I am definitely not where I was back in November 2024. But I've merely scratched the surface. I have light years to traverse before I even reach half the coaches' standards. Yet I'm proud that I've begun the journey. I wish I had the opportunity to undergo this sort of training at least a decade ago in my late 20s. But I find solace in the fact that I've discovered Zero at least now.
Zero truly lives up to their tagline "Not just a gym."
