I've been going to Tiger Gym for a while now, and I'm honestly impressed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a wide range of equipment--whether you're into weight training, cardio, or functional workouts, they have you covered. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their fitness goals. They're always ready to guide you on form, technique, and workout plans without being pushy.

I have been a member of Tiger gym Sreekaryam since June 2025.The gym is centrally located with a great view from the first floor . The ambience is excellent and the cleanliness is top notch.The gym is always kept spotlessly clean. My personal trainer is Mr Rahul Chandra who is a gem. He is a thorough professional and a great motivator who always keeps us on our toes and brings out the best in us. He is undoubtedly the best trainer you will ever come across. His never say die attitude and positive outlook has been a great source of inspiration for me.I have been fortunate for getting trained by him. Hats off to Rahul and all the staff at the gym.

Tiger Gym in Sreekaryam is an excellent place -- well-maintained, well-equipped, The gym has experienced trainers and follows a very systematic and focused approach to training sessions. As a working mom and someone new to the gym environment, I had my share of doubts and concerns. My primary goal was to build strength, and I wasn't sure how I would fit in or progress. However, my trainer Uvais has been exceptional in handling all my inhibitions. He patiently answered my queries, took the time to understand my individual potential, and tailored the sessions accordingly. All the other trainers -- Nikhil, Salim, Roopesh, and Arvind -- are also incredibly supportive and encouraging. Their combined effort creates a very welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Overall, Tiger Gym is a fantastic place with top-notch facilities and an excellent team of trainers. Highly recommended for anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey in a positive and supportive environment.

Tiger gym has excellent amenities and well-maintained equipment and it's always a pleasure to work out here. The space is clean, welcoming, and has everything you need for a solid training session. The overall vibe makes it easy to stay consistent. As for my trainer, Salim is hands down one of the best I've worked with! He's super supportive, always encouraging, and genuinely focused on helping me reach my health goals. What really stands out is his helping nature wherein he listens, adapts workouts to my needs, and makes every session motivating and effective. Thanks to Salim, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident week after week. Couldn't recommend him enough!

I opted for Membership of Three months with Personal Trainer at Tiger Gym, Sreekaryam. Being my first exposure to a Gym, I had my share of apprehensions. However it was a surprisingly fulfilling experience. Rakesh was assigned as my personal trainer and I found him to be extremely polite, down to earth and supportive through out my training sessions. He is watchful and assessing my limitations keeps a tab on my workout plan on a daily basis. Since I was having a slight disc problem prior to joining the gym, I had my anxieties whether the workouts would further worsen my health conditon . However, Rakesh had been extremely considerate and careful with my health condition by administering and planning workouts which suited me. Tiger Gym is neatly maintained,well-equipped and has got quality fitness equipment. The location as well as the ambience is also pleasant and welcoming. As a newbie, I feel extremely comfortable here and value-for-money. I have felt a dopamine high and boost in confidence post my joining here. The staff as well as the other Trainers are also cordial, well-behaved and willing to help any time you need their assistance. I would highly recommend Tiger Gym to all those willing to kick start their fitness journey as much as to the hardcore fitness enthusiasts. Gratitude to Tiger Gym and my Trainer

Tiger gym is a well maintained, well equipped hygenic facility with a great ambiance and friendly staff and trainers. The place has a welcoming vibe. Training with Salim has been awesome. He is supportive, motivating and really takes the time to understand what I want to achieve. He tailors workout to suit me and pushes me to the right amount. I feel fitter, stronger and more confident every week. Highly recommend the gym and Salim!
