One of the best Gyms in TVM with world class equipments. Good ambience, cordial staff and knowledgeable trainers. Nalachira Gym is equipped with Steam bath facility as well. Zumba classes are also conducted multiple times weekly. Overall value for money.

Its spacious, well-equipped and air conditioned. What has helped me the most is the personal trainer plan. My PT, Mr Faizal is very professional and knowledgeable. He has been very helpful and guided me through my weight loss journey with each sessions carefully planned to help me in the best way possible. They also provide guidance of a nutritionist who offers sessions and provides you with diet plans. The highly motivational atmosphere and with the guidance of PT I hope I will be able to acheive my fitness goals.I am happy I chose Tiger Gym for my weight loss journey .
