This gym and trainer helps me to make healthy body and balancing mind. A well balanced gym with adequate equipments and trainer. Really helpful for a person like me who was really naive to this eco-system. Those who wish to join can blindfully trust him.... Thank you for standing with me on tough time... Excellent, humbly sized gym that provides everything one would need in terms of equipment at an extremely affordable rate, all the while being located in the heart of Kowdiar. A certified instructor is also present who makes sure that you get the most out of your workout. The only drawback of the gym that comes to mind is the lack of AC facility which most other gyms provide. However, the price of a membership and a personal trainer along with reduced fees when opting for multiple months more than makes up for it.

There are plenty of GIMs in and around Kawdiar. But seldom you can find a quality trainer. Here I found my trainer Mr.Sinoj who is an international certified trainer. I strongly recommend him to those who are passionate about a healthy life. I enjoy each moment and really have a wonderful experience here.
